  I've had nothing but great service with this Terminix whether its a billing issue or scheduling services. Their technicians are always friendly and courteous of my pets, family and belongings. We have been using them since I bought my house in 2014 and continue to be on a plan for pest treatments, mosquito treatments, crawlspace inspections and monitoring and they have always been great to work with.

  LAZY!! I've been with Terminix from 2010 to 2013. They do my home and my rental property (both in Byrnes Downs and Windermere neighborhoods). The technicians with Terminix are consistently lazy. I mean CONSISTENTLY. Each visit, they leave you a form of what they have "performed". The list is always fully checked off, yet they never do half the list. They say they "spray and cleaned cobwebs", but when you walk on your porch, spiderwebs everywhere. I asked repeatedly if they would circle the outside of my shed, yet the task is never performed. I call the office and leave instructions for the technician to go inside even though I am not home, but after the service, I call the tech and find out he did not spray inside. These are just small examples of what constantly happens with this company. Worst scenario happened this week: My rental home was vacant, I called for a service and to renew my year contract. I needed the inside sprayed for roaches, and more importantly, fleas. They are all inside the unit and your typical flea foggers aren't working. Per their usual work ethics, I had my doubt that the tech actually went inside. I called the office to ask if the tech went inside and sprayed for fleas. She said "No, the tech looked inside and didn't see any fleas". I went into the unit, and had 10 fleas on my leg in less than a minute. Lazy techincians with a poor work ethic. Do yourself a favor and find another pest control company on Angies List.,
