  I called Customer service several times and they were rude and cared nothing about helping me. I have had this experience more than once. Today I came to Citadel Mall, Charleston, SC (where I purchased the phones) to Cancel my commitment and return the phones and I pad. Ashley and Tatiana were very helpful. They took the time to explain my bill and assured that I got the promotion I was promised. I found someone who strives to do a good job and cares about customer service. They are the reason I am now a loyal T Mobile Customer.
