He called to tell us he would be 5 minutes late- (that never happens with a service person- so considerate of our time)- he was courteous and very helpful- immediately knew what the problem was- the moths we have in the pantry are coming from our birdseed- told us what to do to get rid of them (get rid of the birdseed)- and we were all set in 15 minutes. Appreciated his expertise and his pleasant manner! Thank you a million- you made my day!!!!!
