  Will never return to home depot after today. Jeff in the flooring department is the absolute best. Knew his stuff, didn't hesitate and got me exactly what I needed. Give Jeff in the flooring department a raise. I'm a loyal Lowe's customer for life.

  The store was full of items and I purchased a few things. They just didn't have the two items in stock that I was shopping for. Zack was most helpful. It was a nice shopping outing with my mom.

  Bought a washer and dryer back in December, original date of delivery was supposed to be December 29th. Drivers claimed they could not deliver then, and had to reschedule. When they rescheduled they didn't give me a date or time and said that I was not home (obviously because I didn't receive a call or email). Rescheduled again this time I got a date, time and a call, however they said they could not find my dryer at the warehouse. Cancelled the delivery again. It took over 24 hours and 10 phone calls to finally get the delivery rescheduled for tomorrow (20 days from my initial purchase). I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's again.
