  Yes they are reasonably priced, however, the service was horrible. Had to call differnet 3 times to schedule a cl100 for our house. The week before we close I finally call again and complain about no hearing back and then they called within 20 minutes to schedule everything. After hoping things would get better. The day comes for the inspection and 10 comes and goes and he never shows. Finally called about 1030 and asks what time the appointment was for! After telling him I had plans at 12 to please be here by then, he goes to my neighbors house across the street. Not even to the correct address. Insane lack of communication on someone's part and I'm not speaking of myself! Hope others experience is better than mine was!
